In the Partner Centre, click on your event, then On-Boarding. To send someone an invitation:
· Click next to the person’s name. A small blue tick box will appear and a blue Communicate button will light up.
· Click on Communicate. Enter a subject title for your email. Write your email. Click Send Notification. Your email will be sent.
· This feature is very useful when communicating with a number of people at once, e.g. if a number of your participants have been invited but gone no further, you can tick next to all these participants and send a reminder invitation to sign up. Another common example is when you have several people who have signed up and paid, but not completed their questionnaire: tick next to all of these participants and send a reminder that they need to complete the questionnaire to get started! You can also just tick next to a participant to send them an email specific to them.
