In the Partner Centre, click on your event, then On-Boarding. This tab provides information about where people are in the sign-up process and what questions you should ask yourself:

· Invited – They have been invited but have not accepted the invitation. Did they get the email? Do they need a reminder?

· Signup – They have accepted your invitation and signed up, but have stopped before payment. Do you have a special offer on payment that you need to tell them about? Have they had trouble making payment?

· Payment – They have made payment but haven’t completed the questionnaire. Do they need prompting to complete the questionnaire? Are they having difficulties with it?

· Ready – They have signed up, paid, completed the questionnaire and clicked Start Program on their To Do list. They are totally ready to go!
