From the ELIA Wellness home page, click on the Sign in button located at the top right of the screen.
2. Next, click on the Forgot your password link
3. Enter your email address, and then click on the Reset Password button.
4. You will now be sent the password reset instructions to your email (this sometimes can take a few minutes).
5. Inside the email, click on the Change password button.
6. This will open the password reset webpage, you can now enter your new password.
7. After entering a new a new password, you will now have access to your account!
