Navigate to your Wellness Program or Community Group and click on the card.

Click on the Chat tab

Click on the 'Write a post...' field

This will open up the Create Post page. Once you have composed your message, click the Post button at the top right of the screen.

Your pots will now be viewable to the rest of the group. If you would like to edit or delete the post, click on to more icon.
